Placeholder — not yet reviewed for this shop
This page ships with the shop template and has not been completed by the seller. It names no legal entity and has had no legal review. Before taking orders, the shop owner must fill in the seller identity and replace this wording — see "Legal pages and seller identity" in docs/DEPLOY.md.
Privacy
There is no account here, so there is not much to tell — but what there is, is below.
What we store
- Your email address, because it is how your receipt and your download links reach you, and how you prove an order is yours later.
- An optional name, only if you type one — it is printed on your license certificate and used nowhere else.
- What you bought: the pack, the license tier, the price, and the date.
- Your agreement to the license: which version you accepted, when, and the IP address the request came from. This is the record that the withdrawal-right waiver was given properly, and it exists to protect you as much as us.
- Creator applications: the contact email and optional portfolio link you submit, so staff can review interest and contact you about an invitation. Applying does not create a creator account.
- Download activity for your order: how many times each file has been fetched, so the download cap can work.
Your cart
The cart lives in a session cookie in your own browser. Nothing you add is attached to you, or to anything, until you place an order.
Who else sees it
The payment provider handles your card details — we never see or store them. Our email provider sees your address in order to deliver the receipt. Nobody else, and nothing here is sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
Email gamesneg@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Order records that we are required to keep for tax and accounting are the one exception — those stay for as long as the law says.
