This page ships with the shop template and has not been completed by the seller. It names no legal entity and has had no legal review. Before taking orders, the shop owner must fill in the seller identity and replace this wording — see "Legal pages and seller identity" in docs/DEPLOY.md.
Refund policy
Everything here is a digital download, so the usual "send it back" does not apply. Here is what does.
The withdrawal right, and why you waive it
Buyers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to change their mind about an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery starts — but only if you were asked first, told what you were giving up, and agreed before the download began. That is exactly what the single checkbox at checkout does, and we record the date and the version of the license you agreed to alongside your order.
In other words: once your download links are live, the purchase is final. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not tick the box — but the order cannot be placed without it, because delivery is instant.
When we refund anyway
A waived withdrawal right is not a license for us to sell you something broken. Write to us and we will refund if the files are corrupt or unusable, if what arrived is not what the listing described, if you were charged twice, or if you could not download your files and we could not fix it. Ask first, always — most problems are a re-issued download link, not a refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. A refunded order ends the license with it: the download links stop working and the license certificate stops verifying.
